I'm Siobhán Fairweather. BComm from UCD in 2004, trained with a Big Four firm in Dublin, qualified ACA in 2008, FCA in 2018. I ran the small-business department of a mid-size firm until 2016, watched clients avoid phoning us because of the hourly bill, and started Fairweather to do it differently: a fixed fee, a named person, and a reply within a working day.
